Join us on Monday, January 19 from 5:30–6:30pm on Zoom for a guided hypnosis experience designed to support relaxation, stress reduction, and emotional healing.

This class meets on the 3rd Monday of every month, offering a consistent opportunity to reset and reconnect with yourself.

🗓️ February and March registration will open exactly 4 weeks prior to each session.
