This is a transformative ceremonial experience designed to clear inherited energetic debris, dissolve harmful intentions, and reopen the body’s natural meridian‑ley system. 🌹Childhood trauma happens when a person experiences a distressing or dangerous event at a young age. These events are also known as Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs)🌹

The 10 main ACEs are:

• Physical abuse
• Sexual abuse
• Emotional abuse
• Physical neglect
• Emotional neglect
• Living with a relative with a mental health disorder
• Having an incarcerated parent
• Mother being treated violently
• Substance use in the home
• Divorce

For some people, childhood emotional trauma is resolved early on. While for others, the effects and emotional trauma symptoms can persist far into adulthood, impacting your mental and physical health, relationships, and life choices.

🌹SYMPTOMS OF CHILDHOOD TRAUMA IN ADULTS🌹

• Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
• Anxiety
• Depression
• Emotional Dysregulation
• Poor Self-esteem
• Attachment & Relationship Problems
• Trust issues
• Substance Abuse Disorder (SUD)
• Physical Health Issues

Experiencing these symptoms don’t automatically mean you’re suppressing childhood trauma, but they are indicators that you’re experiencing some sort of emotional distress and may need to consider uncovering the root cause.

Remembering and accepting your past trauma is an essential step in healing from it. You can’t heal from what you don’t know or acknowledge exists.

✨️Shadow work doesn't have to feel like trudging through emotional mud. Consider a transformational approach that invites curiosity and creativity. If you blend the mystical with the practical through PLAY, you can access deeper layers without all the heaviness that shuts people down.

Instead of treating your shadow as a problem to fix, treat it as a Character you get to meet, observe, and interact with.

Try this Shadow Character Exercise ✨️

1. Give your character a Persona. • Name • Look • Voice • Personality
Like, "Lady Misfit and her Wild Hair who Breaks for Trees" Make it fun!
✨️
2. Let the character Speak. Write a dialogue between the two of you. Let them be dramatic and raw. This helps you hear the underlying need without judgment.
✨️
3. Ask them what they're Protecting. Every Shadow trait is guarding something like a fear, a wound, a desire, or a boundary.
✨️
4. Give them a new Job. Once you understand their purpose, assign them a new role that supports you instead of sabotaging you. Like, "Instead of overreacting wildly Lady Misfit is the Leader of High Standards and in charge of her emotions and energy."

5. Celebrate the Integration. Do something symbolic and fun. Draw the character, create a dance for them, light a candle, bake a pie, and add them to your inner circle.

Here's an excerpt from one of our manuals in the REIKI HEALING PROGRAM on September 6th (6 Saturday Mornings)

"The Human Energy Field (aka Aura) is a record keeper of all of our personal and ancestral memories, of all our trauma, and of all our wounds from lifetime and past lifetimes.

Unless the trauma is healed, the scratch or wound in your Aura gets deeper and more
difficult to heal as we repeat old wounds and patterns. I liken it to a scratch in a record.

These stuck patterns then
dictate the course of our emotional lives and can repeat over and over. When activated, the trauma compels us toward behaviors, relationships, accidents, and illnesses that mimic the initial wounding.

Each trauma is an opportunity for a karmic lesson for our soul. Our souls propel us to re-create dramas and heartbreaking encounters to guide us to situations where we can heal the original soul wounds.

The Human Energy Field contains a template like a
blueprint of our body’s current evolution. When trauma or a block is perceived in the energy field, it will eventually manifest in the physical body. By clearing our energetic bodies, we have a stronger and longer chance for health before dis-ease is present.

When there is no previous pattern of dis-ease in the field, recovery from an illness happens quicker. If the dis-ease occurs every Fall, for example, or is a chronic condition, it can take longer to regain our health.

In some cases, trauma is held among families for many generations, like heart dis-ease. It is important to note even these wounds can be healed with intention and energy clearing techniques.

Positive experiences do not leave a mark in our energy field. They heighten and
brighten us and bring us back to our true rainbow nature. We then feel expansion emotions of joy, love, harmony, bliss, peace, and oneness to our Source energy."
