Fun Fact Friday: Did you know your baby can taste what you eat—in the womb? 👶 By around 12–14 weeks, baby’s taste buds are working, and they’re swallowing amniotic fluid infused with flavors from your diet. Research shows that babies exposed to tastes like carrot, garlic, or fruit before birth (and later through breastmilk) often prefer those foods after they’re born!
🌿 So that smoothie or garlic-roasted dish? Baby’s getting a sneak peek of the world’s flavors early on.
