The flagship WAKE cottage. A space I deeply desired to share with anyone who found their way here. Nestled in the trees of Pike National Forest, it's a space in nature that has such a way of letting us escape and take some time to recharge and care for ourselves.

Since opening in July 2021, this special cottage has held hundreds of travelers. We would love to share with the next hundred travelers the gifts of wellness. Let’s get a little techy and talk about Search Engine Optimization aka SEO and Backlinks.

Backlinks are simply links from one website to another website. Google and other major search engines consider backlinks “votes” for a site. Sites with a high number of backlinks have high organic search engine rankings.

Provider intro time! We love our providers, and are always interested in collaborating with more.

Aimee Lala has been such a gift at the flagship WAKE cottage. She is a Reiki master and such a bright light in our lives. She is here to guide you in accessing the universal life force available to us all. She assists in cleansing and clearing what does not serve your Divine purpose and what does not serve the body you were given. She works with individuals, couples and even our favorite puppies. One of the best things about offering wellness experience to short term rental travelers is exposing wellness to those that have not experienced certain modalities yet.

This summer we had a group of traveling women that were celebrating a 40th birthday and none had ever taken a yoga class before. They decided to "build a retreat" at the WAKE cottage and added on decadent meals by a personal chef, a yoga class with Crystal Stevens Hoganson and a sound bowl journey. They left "feeling relaxed and reset and ready to take on their lives again."

We all want a life of ease. At WAKE Wellness we've spent the last 18 months automating and refining our process for in-house wellness services for short term rental property's.

Once guests book a WAKE Wellness short term rental via a STR platform like Airbnb, we communicate directly with the guest the details of the property's custom wellness website and how to inquire and book services automatically with our providers.

Meet the WAKE Wellness team!

Lindsay is a mom of three grown boys and bonus mom to two boys. Lindsay spent 22 years in financial technology software in a variety of roles; from product and project management, operations, sales, implementations and support. She left this career in August 2021 to bring her skill-set to the flagship WAKE cottage. A property booked via short term rental platforms and where guests add wellness experiences to their stays.

Marcus is Lindsay’s partner in all things life and in this business of expanding wellness. It has been an amazing journey to create the space of WAKE and see it thrive as a place of love, community and healing. The journey to wellness is unique and beautiful, and so is what we represent in our brand designs and website creations.

Marcus is the Founder and current Creative Director at the marketing and branding firm, Bluebird Branding, and bring over 25 years of experience in design to WAKE Wellness. He is passionate about his own journey in healing and is called to help others expand by creating a beautiful presence for your property or wellness offerings. Hi world!

It's always amazing to launch something that has come forth so freely and through your heart and soul. These past 18 months, I've worked on the flagship WAKE cottage, a short term rental on Airbnb that also offers wellness experiences, like massage, yoga, reiki, a personal chef, etc. And the response from travelers has been tremendous!

After perfecting the process of connecting travelers with wellness providers, I meditated on what to do with this next.
I got some pretty immediate answers and my partner Marcus and I went to work on our little creation called WAKE Wellness.

We want to expand wellness to our world and help other short term property owners connect with wellness providers to offer unique experiences.
