Good afternoon! I have started making batches of elderberry syrup again for the late fall and early winter. I know from our experience, taking a dose in the morning and in the evening is a simple, easy, and effective way to help boost our immunity systems for my husband and myself. Elderberry syrup has healthy benefits beyond boosting immunity too: it can help with inflammation in one's body, it can assist with supporting a proper histamine response (like during allergy season and if other allergy triggers occur), and elderberry has some awesome vitamins in it too. This elderberry syrup is DEFINITELY our go to once the seasons start getting colder and all the "fun" little bugs start creeping around and just waiting to make us sick.

If you are interested in learning more about the amazing benefits of adding elderberry syrup to your family's health routine, or if you and your family are in need of more elderberry syrup, please send me a message through Facebook or send me a text at 719-231-3512. You can have the syrup sweetened with locally-sourced honey or with Stevia. Stevia is a great natural sweetener for people giving the syrup to babies under the age of 1 year old, or for those that have diabetes. Although honey is a natural sweetener itself, it can cause unsafe numbers in those that need to watch their sugar, so Stevia is a great alternative.

I sell pint jars of elderberry syrup for $24 and quart jars for $34. Let me know what sweetener you prefer and what size you prefer. Then we can work out where to meet. You can pick up from my house, or I can meet you in Palmer Lake, Monument, or somewhere in the north part of Colorado Springs. Try out some elderberry syrup and let me know how it works for you and your family. I look forward to hearing from you!

I make homemade organic elderberry syrup and have three fresh batches made if anyone would like some. I charge $22 for a pint and $32 for a quart for plain elderberry syrup sweetened with locally sourced honey (purchased from Rocky Mountain Bee Supply) or with Stevia for those who have diabetes or don't like the taste of honey. If you have babies under the age of one year old, I can sweeten the elderberry syrup with real maple syrup (because honey should not be ingested by babies under one year of age).

I charge $22 for a pint and $32 for a quart of elderberry syrup mixed with spiced apple cider. This mix is sweeter than the plain elderberry syrup and needs little to no honey. The spiced apple cider I used is *NOT* organic, but everything else is. Lastly, I have a mix of plain elderberry syrup with aronia berries (also known as chokeberry). Aronia berries have awesome health benefits, much like elderberries, and boost immunity, help with inflammation, heart health, and so many other things. Aronia berries have three or more times as many antioxidants as blueberries and contain many of the same properties as cranberries. This is one "super" berry! Combined with elderberries, aronia berries make a super syrup. I am charging $24 for a pint with this mix and $34 for a quart. Here is a link about aronia berries: https://aroniaberry.net/.

I can meet you in the Palmer Lake or Monument area or let me know if you will pick up from me. I can possibly meet elsewhere with enough notice. Also, if you bring back the jar and purchase from me again, I will give you $2 off your next purchase.

Here are the ingredients I use in every batch:
*Dried organic elderberries
*Organic ginger
*Organic cinnamon
*Organic cloves
*Zest from organic oranges and lemons
*Slices of organic oranges and lemons
*Baobab powder
*Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C)
*Young Living Essential Oils: Orange, Lemon, Cinnamon Bud, Clove, Nutmeg, & Ginger
*Sweetened with locally sourced raw honey, Stevia, or real maple syrup

To take the syrup:
>In children under one year: check with your child's pediatrician first. Usually using a medicine dropper, like from a Children's Tylenol or similar bottle is the best way to get a little one to take the syrup. About 1/4 to 1/2 a teaspoon for babies to boost immunity one time per day .
>In children one year to about 6 years old: give about a teaspoon once per day
>In kids 6 years to 12 years old: give 2 teaspoons once per day
>For kids 12 years to adult: give one tablespoon once per day
>For anyone that is fighting something off or already has a cold, cough, flu, etc., go by their age as listed above, but give the syrup three to four times per day.

This syrup needs to be refrigerated, but please do not keep it in the door of the fridge. It will last between three to four months if kept cold. If you or your family won't use the syrup before the three to four months is up, freeze individual servings in ice cube trays and just keep the servings in the freezer until a person is ready to use it. The syrup cube can either be sucked on or left to melt in a tiny cup for the person to take.

Please let me know if you have any questions. I can be reached by PM or text at 719-231-3512 or via email to hlsbunkin@gmail.com. I have a page on Facebook, "Miss Sassy's Elderberry Syrup and Such" if you would like to connect that way. Let me know if you would like to taste test any of the mixes and I can arrange that too. I look forward to hearing from you!

Good evening! I am making new batches of everything today. I have apple cider & elderberry syrup, regular elderberry syrup, and the new hybrid of aronia berries (also known as chokeberries) with elderberries. Aronia berries have very similar health benefits and properties like elderberries. They are great for immune system support and when combined with the great elderberry into a syrup, it truly becomes a "super syrup".

I am charging $22 for a pint and $32 for a quart of apple cider with elderberry syrup. I'm charging $22 for a pint and $32 for a quart of regular elderberry syrup. For the hybrid aronia berry and elderberry syrup mix, I am charging $24 for a pint and $34 for a quart. If you have purchased from me previously and you return the jar (pint or quart) when you purchase again, I'll give you a $2 credit toward the current purchase for bringing the jar back to me.

Per usual, I can sweeten any jar with honey, Stevia, or real maple syrup (for those giving the elderberry syrup to children one year old or younger). The only ingredient that isn't organic is the apple cider, and it is sweet enough that the mix needs very little to no sweetening.

Please contact me via PM or send a text to 719-231-3512 and tell me what size you would like, what mix you would like, and how you would like it sweetened. Let me know if you can pick up the syrup in Palmer Lake or if it's easier to meet in Monument or the north end of Colorado Springs, and we can make arrangements to get the syrup to you. I will take cash, PayPal, or Venmo. Let me know what works for you and I can send my PayPal or Venmo info if needed.

Four hundred years before Christ, Hippocrates, the Greek physician said of Elderberries:

“THIS PLANT OF GOD HEALS ANYTHING IT TOUCHES!”

Before there were doctors and nurses (what we know now as Western medicine), people relied on knowledge passed down generation to generation to help with healing ailments. I think it's pretty awesome what they knew would help and what would heal. Even hundreds of years ago, the healing and healthy benefits of elderberry were known.

Well, COVID kicked my b***y for a couple weeks but I'm better now and I'm back to making and selling elderberry syrup again. I have lots of pint and quart jars available of regular elderberry for sale at $20 a pint and $32 a quart. I have elderberry and apple cider mix available too for $20 a pint and $32 a quart. I'm in Palmer Lake and you can either make an appointment to come pick up whatever size you would like from our house, or I can have my husband bring your jar to you at Safeway, Monday through Friday.

If that doesn't work, I can do a meet up somewhere so that I can get some homemade organ elderberry syrup to you and your family. I'm free on Sunday afternoon and on Monday afternoon. What and where works best for your schedule? Let me know and I will do whatever I can to get you some syrup to help you out. My cell is 719-231-3512 and please send me a text message about what you are needing or send me a PM through FB and I will get back to you.

Thanks,
Heatherlynn
