“…Rebounding….such a FUN way to get your cardio …whether it’s 10 mins, or 30….its easy on the joints, gets your heart pumping , builds leg muscles, great for your lymphatic system, makes you smile…look up the benefits …I’ve tried a wide variety of exercise over the years and I’m a true believer in “variety is key”-(because when you do more than one type of exercise/movement , you can utilize different muscles at different times & in different ways)….and I also believe your exercise choices/:routines will change within different phases in your life …I know Mine have…rebounding can be done at your own pace…and so no matter how mellow or hardcore you go, you will always get a Good workout!!…there is a technique to rebounding as many think it’s just jumping in the air on a mini trampoline—-you actually do not need , nor should you, go flying 10 feet in the air …you actually use your feet/ankles & calves to push yourself & you WILL feel it !!…TRY it & let me know what you think!!…”🙂🙃😃
