Walking, indoor cycling & rebounding this week…Variety is key …and stay active …so very true…do something, anything even if it’s not what you had hoped to do that day …as long as you’re moving …it counts !! From just stretching, to walking, to hiking , to cycling, whatever type of movement fits into your day ….dont beat yourself up if you didn’t do everything you wanted …so tonight I got a walk in…and I have to remind myself …it’s not “just a walk” , but I was active , I moved my body & nourished my soul with movement…again, it ALL counts !!….” 😊🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️🥾🙃

“…just time for yoga tonight -(had long day at work & a zoom meeting in the evening )…however, yoga is still body movement , it’s still “being active”, just on a slower/easier level…even the basic moves have so many benefits …so the lesson here is…ANY movement is good for you, do what you can , when time allows… even though I would’ve preferred to do a little more tonight, this is what I had time for, but it’s still very beneficial to my body and my soul…” 🧘‍♀️❤️ 🙏🧘‍♂️❤️
