Walking, indoor cycling & rebounding this week…Variety is key …and stay active …so very true…do something, anything even if it’s not what you had hoped to do that day …as long as you’re moving …it counts !! From just stretching, to walking, to hiking , to cycling, whatever type of movement fits into your day ….dont beat yourself up if you didn’t do everything you wanted …so tonight I got a walk in…and I have to remind myself …it’s not “just a walk” , but I was active , I moved my body & nourished my soul with movement…again, it ALL counts !!….” 😊🚶♀️🚶♂️🥾🙃
