“….TWO of My Fave indoor workouts !!…Rebounding a couple times this week and a Pilates workout w an online session with My sweet friend who has done Pilates for years-the old fashioned way—-(NO machines)….both give you-a great workout and utilize and work different muscle groups…I tend to do several types of workouts throughout the week, whether they be low-key or get the heart rate spiking!
