“….TWO of My Fave indoor workouts !!…Rebounding a couple times this week and a Pilates workout w an online session with My sweet friend who has done Pilates for years-the old fashioned way—-(NO machines)….both give you-a great workout and utilize and work different muscle groups…I tend to do several types of workouts throughout the week, whether they be low-key or get the heart rate spiking! Whatever you do, make sure you do something you enjoy or you won’t stick with it !! As ALWAYs…STAY ACTIVE!…”

“…Little cardio on the Indoor cycle-(“Barbie bike”—LOL)….any cardio is good, even if it’s just spinning wheels going nowhere …(I’d rather be on my “real bike” but it’s dark & almost bedtime)…BUT…no matter what you do , whether it’s indoor cycling, yoga, just mild stretches or light weights …it’s ALL good …you’re way ahead of someone sitting on the couch -(I sit in the office all day, so any movement helps and makes me happy )….STAY ACTIVE & STAY WELL!…”🚴‍♀️😊🚲
