What is your favorite spring time flower?

Proximal stability is basically your child’s “body anchor” — when their core, shoulders, and hips feel strong and steady, the rest of their body can do amazing things. Think of it like giving their arms and hands a solid Wi‑Fi connection so drawing, climbing, dressing, and sitting at the table all work better. When the middle of the body is stable, everything else becomes smoother, easier, and way more fun for them!
