Good morning BCT Families… due to the continued 80mph wind gusts in the valley we have made the hard but necessary decision to close the clinic and barn locations down today Monday December 29th for everyone’s safety and reopen tomorrow Tuesday December 30 when everyone can hopefully get some needed sleep and recovery following this windy weekend ! We hope everyone stays safe and look forward to Tuesday!

We , like so many of our friends and families, have spent the majority of the weekend without power… we are going to take tomorrow with the hope the wind will calm down enough to assess damage and clean up! See everyone Tuesday!!!

Why not make your own winter snow bin at home while work on speech and occupational therapy at the same time!

Some skills can be:
-Fine motor skills-Manual dexterity
-Exploring the texture of the cold snow
-Interoception- what sensation does the cold make you feel-what part on your body do you feel the cold
-Identifying the alphabet, numbers, asking who-what-when questions
And so much more!
