Good morning
I make people feel better one body, one massage at a time!
I hate to say it, but fall has arrived. With fall we participate in activities that may cause pain and/or injury. Such as raking and removal of leaves, Apple picking, hiking or corn maze. These activities can cause neck shoulder arm hand back leg ankle or foot pain or injury.
So when you or your family, neighbor or coworker par take in these activities be careful. If you find yourself or someone you care about in pain or injury you know who is able to help. Ask if I may call or give them my card!

Good morning
