Summit Psychiatry Associates: Built From Experience, Growing With Purpose
It’s hard to believe, but Summit Psychiatry Associates has now been open for nearly three weeks — and what an incredible start it’s been. With over 30 patients already engaged in care, evaluations happening most days of the week, and a growing team of dedicated providers, we’re filled with gratitude.
We’ve begun to welcome new teammates — experienced, compassionate clinicians who are already partnering with patients and communities across Alaska and Montana to deliver the care we all deserve.
A Personal Beginning
Summit wasn’t built in a boardroom — it began from a hospital bed, asking:
“What do we all want when we’re patients?”
For some, it’s feeling heard.
For others, it’s clarity, trust, safety, or simply being treated like a whole person.
Summit was created with those needs in mind — to offer care that’s efficient, compassionate, and grounded in real-life experience. Not just to fill a gap, but to build a better model of mental health care from the inside out.
What Comes Next
We may be a small clinic now, but we’re building something with heart. Over the next three weeks, we’ll begin introducing our team — one provider at a time — not just their credentials, but the reasons they show up every day to do this work.
Because at Summit, we’re not just growing a clinic. We’re growing a community of care — and we’re so glad you’re here.
