We offer chiropractic adjustments (hands on/manual and activator/arthrostim), therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and PT modalities. Harbor Chiropractic uses a more systemic approach to Chiropractic medicine. Patient care is still centered around the chiropractic adjustment but the use of soft tissue modalities and therapeutic exercises are utilized often.

We’re excited to announce that Dr. Steph is officially back in the office at Harbor Chiropractic of Palmetto!

🎉 We’ve missed her—and we know many of you have, too.

To better serve you, we’re also rolling out new office hours starting December 8th:

🗓 New Hours
Monday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Wednesday: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
