We are down to the fine tuning for opening! It has been a long awaited journey. But a blissful one at that. Yummy 😋...today's projects. Some garlic oil started. It will set for the next few weeks to let the garlic infuse with the olive oil. 🫒 then it will be ready to use. And make some delicious tasty meals, pestos, dips. Lots of goodies. Dehydrating some dandelions my grand and I collected this morning, I love walking and talking with my precious little grands teaching them about natures gifts. And learning from them to be present in every momment. And did you know you can make your own fresh garlic powder!!! And it's easy. Keep the shells/ peeling from the fresh garlic, grind in a food processor until fine powder. Or to the texture you desire. That's it ! And it taste great in your meals. ( fresh is a bit stronger than store bought. Just a reminder to add taste then add more if needed) ✌️❤️

It is Spring. And how happy we are to welcome it. However comes the green grass , and flowers so comes the bugs..😬 though we accept the creepy crawlys as part of our beautiful system. Their bites not so much. I have a Plantain salve that has worked wonders for me and my family aiding in stopping the itch, burn, irritation of bug bites.
