There is no easy way to announce this, so I’m just going to announce it. The physical location of the studio (106 Crofton Plaza, #2, Palmyra) will be CLOSING at the end of June 2025. After a short respite, Lake Yoga and Wellness classes will move online and/or in community spaces, as well as additions to the On-Demand video library. My hope is to continue the Tuesday after work series online, or in a community space with additional offerings as pop-ups when scheduling allows. This has been a heartbreaking decision, however Lake Yoga and Wellness will continue, just in a slightly different way. I’m looking forward to seeing what this change morphs into in the future. Please stay tuned for further announcements as things develop.

Wine and Zen is back for a 3rd year! Partnering with the Tom Tom Festival at the gorgeous Mountaintop!

Enjoy a relaxing afternoon of yoga, mediation, sound bath and mindful community. Presented by , , and Lake Yoga and Wellness LLC

📅 When: Thursday, April 17
🕕 Time: 1-3pm
📍 Where: Eastwood Farm and Winery

This FREE event provides a judgment-free, inclusive space for the community to come together exactly as they are to experience and be present in the moment, fully accepting themselves and each other.

You are invited to stay after the event to enjoy wine, beer, cider, food, and conversation together at the winey.

This FREE event is NOT TICKETED. Open to all.

There is very little parking at the Mountaintop. Please, reserve this parking lot for those with accessibility needs. All others can park at the tent and walk up.

Bring your own yoga mat, blanket, water, chair, bug spray, etc. for your comfort.

Excited to share that I’ll be a part of Fest for my 3rd year with this wonderful event. I’ll do the yoga with doing meditation and doing singing bowls for a beautiful 2 hours of zen (with wine afterwards).

Join us from 1-3pm at all the way up top if it is nice and if the weather is bad under the tent. There is no need to register this year, just come on by.

Please bring a yoga mat and water.
