💛 Making a difference, together.

Residents Ed and Carol Gregorich are proud to share another successful community service project—Londonderry Village residents collected an incredible 579 pounds of food to support families right here in our local community.

This food drive benefits the , a volunteer-led organization dedicated to providing food and essential support to individuals and families in the Palmyra area. Their mission is simple but powerful: to ensure no one in our community goes hungry.

We were honored to partner with the Palmyra Knights of Columbus and their home parish, Holy Spirit Catholic Church, combining efforts to make an even greater impact.

Because of your generosity, many local families will have access to the food and support they need.

We’ll be back at it again for our Summer Food Drive this July—and we hope you’ll join us!

🏡 Exciting News from Londonderry Village!

We’re thrilled to announce the second phase of our Fox Run development, expanding one of the most sought-after neighborhoods on campus.

This new phase will introduce six beautifully designed single-family homes and six modern townhomes, offering a variety of living options to match different lifestyles. Each home will feature thoughtful layouts, attractive finishes, and energy-efficient design, all within the welcoming and vibrant Fox Run neighborhood.

The first phase of Fox Run received incredible interest, and we’re excited to continue building on that momentum by creating even more opportunities for individuals and families to enjoy the comfort, convenience, and community that make Londonderry Village so special.

Construction is expected to begin Fall 2026, with additional details about floor plans, pricing, and availability coming soon.
