I’ll be subbing for Chair Yoga for Seniors at the Hilton–Parma Rec — and I’d love to see some familiar faces join me! 💛

Chair Yoga: Stretch, Strength & Balance is a safe and fun way to enjoy all the benefits of yoga — with the added support and stability of a chair. We’ll explore both seated and optional standing postures, combining gentle movement, breath awareness, and relaxation to promote balance, strength, and flexibility. 🌿

Radiant Soul Flow: A Ceremonial Yoga + Breathwork Experience Workshop in Palmyra

Wednesday October 22nd

Step into a sacred container of remembrance and reconnection. Radiant Soul Flow is more than a yoga workshop it is a living ceremony and embodied journey for your body, mind, and spirit.

We begin with conscious pranayama (breathwork) to awaken the life force within, followed by sacred chants and mantras to attune to higher frequencies. Mudras (hand gestures) may be used as energetic keys to unlock inner wisdom and deepen your intention.

Through a grounded and intuitive blend of Hatha, Yin, Kundalini, Somatic, and Restorative Yoga practices, you’ll move with presence and purpose—anchoring the breath into every posture and opening pathways for energy, awareness, and emotional release. Each sequence is guided intuitively to balance the nervous system, clear stagnation, and restore harmony throughout the body and spirit.

The experience is deepened through ceremonial elements such as heart-centered meditation, mantra, chanting, intention setting, or light energy clearing—each aligned with the theme and rhythm of the day.

We close with restorative poses to support deep integration and full embodiment. These supported postures invite the body to surrender, the mind to soften, and the energetic work of the workshop to settle gently into the heart—leaving you grounded, luminous, and at peace.

This all-levels workshop invites you to journey inward—to reconnect with your breath, your body, and your divine inner knowing, helping you embody your most radiant and authentic self.

Here’s a gentle reminder: meditation doesn’t need to be complex or take much time to bring meaningful change.

Start small. Try these easy steps to add moments of calm to your busy day:

• Take 3 mindful breaths before your morning coffee
• Pause for 5 minutes during lunch to close your eyes and center yourself
• Use a calming mantra to reset during stressful times

Each small pause helps clear your mind and invites peace.

Remember, this practice is your personal space—no rules, just your time to reconnect.

Try this with us:
• Inhale deeply for 4 seconds
• Hold your breath for 4 seconds
• Exhale slowly for 6 seconds

Repeat a few times and notice calm washing through your body. Breathing is your natural strength—always with you, always soothing. 🌬️
