Arum Health is focused on proactive care in the managed care facilities healthcare space. We develop mobile and web apps hosted on a HIPAA platform to help capture live patient data. Our medication data assists health providers in better understanding their patients’ patterns of progression.

Arum Health is looking for a collaborative and service-oriented sales associate who will embrace Arum’s mission. Implementation and elevating Arum’s brand client experience will be central to the role. We believe that each of our team members plays a vital role in assisting patients by showing the value of our apps. We are looking for an associate interested in helping patients understand the value we, along with our partners, bring to them and their families.
Sales Associates will be responsible for selling the value proposition for all of Arum’s solutions. The Sales Associate will foster effective relationships with clients working in the healthcare environment to deliver comprehensive solutions. The critical aspects of this job are managing customer relationships, expectations, customer business assessment, and customer satisfaction.
This role offers a base $40K salary, plus uncapped commission.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
-Inside sales to build and maintain new and existing customer relationships
-Be held to a quota based on $MRR. No cap established, encouraging sales associates to exceed quota
-Become a product expert and learn to demonstrate the entire platform solution
-Work closely with prospective to drive their interest in Arum’s products
-Excel with prospecting, lead generation, and marketing activities by using telephone, online presentations, webinars, e-mail interaction, and conference participation
-Cultivate lasting relationships with clients, seeking ways to increase customer satisfaction
-Independently manage sales pipeline using CRM and resource in-house expertise
-Detailed oriented with an ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks based on the sale cycle
-Assist in drafting the process and procedures as they apply to services
Position Requirements
-2+ years sales experience selling SaaS platforms in the healthcare field
-Demonstrate success in sales - continuous and substantial
-Result-driven with a proactive mentality that takes task ownership
-Focused, ambitious self-starter who exhibits attention to detail and expert organizational skills
-Prior startup experience
-Passion for healthcare
College degree
