There’s not many gyms where you get to take up two squat racks and floor space, so I get excited when I do so. I have my client performing good mornings, bench press, and Bulgarian split squats which is part of his Day 2 workout. It’s rare that I have someone do good mornings, but it fits well into his program. The Bulgarian split squats are done with the foot on a Bulgarian bag, HA!🤓.

“Cobras” on a stability ball are great for upper body posture. Lift the chest, squeeze the shoulder blades together and down the back, thumbs up, and keep tension in the back of the legs. Here I keep my arms in the cobra or “M” position. I prefer to not over lift the chest as in a traditional cobra as they can often produce lower back strain. Try them out with just body weight or light dumbbells and hold the squeeze for 3 seconds. 12-15 reps.
