Because the mind is controlled by your subconscious, you don’t know how to separate yourself from your thoughts. You identify your Self, your Ego with what you think.

In this video, you will learn the difference between having a mental space and disassociation.

When you practice self-observation and self-remembering techniques, you can create a mental space, which separates you from your thoughts.

In that state, your thoughts and emotions can’t get hold of you. When you reach such level of higher consciousness, you can start to look for non-binary decisions. These are non-survival options that are not available when you’re lost in your mental activity, which is controlled by your subconscious fight-or-flight defense mechanism.

Sometimes you can create a numbing sensation, where you get overwhelmed and don’t want to deal with the challenges of life. That mental state is more like disassociation and doesn’t help you process your negative thoughts and keeps you stuck in your limiting patterns.

Want to really get to know your boyfriend? Approach him with curiosity! Ask open-ended questions without the intent to label or box him in. Dive into his thoughts, dreams, and feelings with genuine interest. It's not about finding the "right" answer or fitting him into a category—it's about discovering the layers of who he is. Let your curiosity lead the way and deepen your connection by exploring together. Remember, the journey of getting to know someone is ongoing and ever-evolving.

Your mind is not your enemy; it’s a guardian that sometimes works in ways that feel overwhelming or counterproductive.

Negative thoughts often arise from a deep-seated desire to protect you from perceived threats - real or imagined. Instead of fighting these thoughts, pause and ask yourself what your mind is trying to shield you from.

What past experiences or fears are fueling this need for protection? By approaching your mind with curiosity rather than resistance, you can begin to uncover the underlying reasons for your thoughts.

This understanding allows you to address the root cause, and as a result, your mind will naturally ease its grip, allowing you to move forward with greater clarity and peace.

Often, when we experience feelings of confusion or a sense of being lost, it’s because there’s a misalignment between our daily lives and our core values. Perhaps you’re pursuing goals that don’t resonate with your true self, or maybe you’re caught in patterns of behavior that conflict with what you genuinely believe in. This disconnect can lead to a sense of unease, discomfort, and even a loss of purpose.

To navigate these feelings, take a moment to reflect on your core values. Ask yourself: What are the principles that are most important to me? What drives my sense of purpose and fulfillment? Is my current lifestyle, career, or relationships aligned with these values? If not, where are the discrepancies?

Identifying these misalignments can be eye-opening. It allows you to see where changes might be needed to bring your life back into harmony with your true essence. Whether it’s setting boundaries, making different choices, or letting go of things that no longer serve you, realigning your life with your core values can help restore a sense of clarity and direction.
