is a common gut disorder that can be totally life-disrupting. People who have this deal with:
😩 Abdominal pain and cramping
😩 Irregular bowel movements ( , or both)
😩 and gas
😩 Unsatisfactory bowel evacuations

There are so many different causes of this, and it can be really frustrating to figure this one out. The 3 most common triggers I see are:
➡️ Food sensitivities. A ton of my clients also struggle with IBS. When we do food sensitivity testing and/or elimination diets, symptoms improve dramatically
➡️ SIBO. About half of people who have IBS actually have . So get tested if you aren’t seeing any relief with therapies.
➡️ Stress. There’s a reason why it’s called a gut-brain axis. A majority of my resolved once I worked on my .

If you’ve been living with and it’s not getting better, consider working with me. So many of my autoimmune clients have this and we’ve been able to resolve their symptoms by using and other combined therapies.

Struggling with ? 😩 Here are my tips to help get rid of this frustrating condition:

🌿 Consider herbal instead or in conjunction with antibiotics. Herbals have actually shown to be just as effective.
🍓 Try a combination of the (SCD) and low FODMAP. has more research backing its effectiveness but SCD may also help.
🫚 Consider digestive motility support if you have slow moving . Things like ginger, magnesium, swedish bitters and acupuncture can help.
💪 Work on your . Doing exercises to stimulate your vagal nerve goes a long way in helping your digestion.
💊 One supplement I love for is Atrantil. I find it to be very effective with and abdominal pain.

SIBO stands for . It happens when bacteria from the large intestine migrates into the small intestine. It can be caused by a number of factors, including:

👉 Low stomach acid
👉 like antibiotics or gastric acid suppressants
👉 Motility issues like gastroparesis or hypothyroidism
👉 Intestinal obstructions

SIBO acts very similar to so it often goes undiagnosed. If you have persistent , gas, nausea, abdominal pain, , or and nothing has worked, consider getting tested for SIBO.

✅ The good news is there are several options for treatment. ❌ The bad news is that treatment sometimes doesn’t always work the first time.
