Nutrient density is the cornerstone of anti-inflammatory eating.

There are so many different ways to eat that it is sometimes exhausting just thinking about it.
While different eating patterns can get really complicated, the baseline of any good eating pattern is one that I consider to be โ€œwell roundedโ€.
However, in order for any eating pattern to be effective, my clients need to know HOW to create and implement their specific diets. Today Iโ€™m going to not only cover what a โ€œwell roundedโ€ diet is, but Iโ€™m going to explain how to eat this way.

This is one of my favorite Modified AIP lunches to take with me when I'm on the go.
Green soup:
- Steam 1 large bunch of broccoli, 1 bunch of cilantro and 1 bunch of a leafy green (kale or spinach work well) for about 8 minutes until soft.
- Blend veggies with bone broth, 1/4 cup EVOO, 1/2 avocado and salt
(And that's literally it!!)๐Ÿฅฆ๐Ÿฅ‘
I like eating the soup with h**p seeds and a side of protein. Put it in a thermos and you've got a super filling meal!
