Some journeys take time, and that’s perfectly okay. I first met this patient back in 2016 when she was focused on her skincare and preventative treatments. Surgery wasn’t on her radar.

By 2024, eight years later, she was ready to talk about a facial rejuvenation surgery. We sat down, had an honest conversation about what we could do to help her feel more like herself when she looked in the mirror.

This patient came to us concerned about heaviness in her upper eyelids, under-eye bags, wrinkles, and dark spots. She wanted her eyes to feel brighter and more awake. Our goal was to restore harmony, smoothness, and a refreshed look around the eyes, keeping her natural features intact.

She underwent upper eyelid blepharoplasty, lower eyelid restoration, and TRL laser resurfacing. The eyelids were lifted and reshaped for a more open, alert appearance, while the lower eyelids were smoothed and contoured to reduce bags and heaviness. The TRL laser refined the surrounding skin, improving texture, fine lines, and pigmentation, leaving the eye area rejuvenated and vibrant.

Combining surgery and laser treatment allows us to address both structural and skin quality changes in one thoughtful plan.

When people think about a brow lift, they imagine simply lifting everything upward. But it’s not about pulling the brow straight up. It’s about reshaping it thoughtfully. By releasing very strategically, we’re restoring the brow to its natural, beautiful contour. The goal is to bring the soft tissue back into harmony with the underlying bony anatomy, recreating those natural highlights that have shifted over time. It’s not about more lift, it’s about the right shape, in the right places.
