In this video, you’re seeing Dr. P wife’s journey from Day 1 to Day 6 after her Level 2 Ultra Clear treatment. Here’s what you can expect:

Day 0-1: Right after treatment, the skin’s going to feel a little sensitive, kinda like a mild sunburn. You might have some redness as the skin reacts to the laser’s energy. But that’s nothing to be scared of—it’s doing its thing.

About 75% of our facelift patients choose to combine their surgery with some form of skin resurfacing and for good reason. While the facelift restores structure, contours, and definition, resurfacing treatments elevate the skin itself, helping it look smoother, more radiant, and youthful.

This is Wendy. She’s on the younger side with just the earliest signs of aging, but at the time of her facelift and chin implant, we also performed a light TCA (trichloroacetic acid) chemical peel. Why? To gently target superficial discoloration, soften fine lines, and stimulate collagen. It’s a smart way to “package” downtime, so the healing period for surgery also covers skin recovery.

For Wendy, we stayed conservative with the depth of the peel since she has Asian skin, where minimizing risks like hyperpigmentation is especially important. This video shows her skin just one day after surgery and peel, and we’ll continue to share her progress as she heals.
