Additional Services:

• Free basic haircut included
• Free basic manicure / pedicure included
• Free medical / dental appointment visit twice per month, with custodian accompanied during the whole visit. All other visits available for additional charge
• Free wheelchair provided by the facility.
• Bedside care / tray service available for additional charge

Basic Service Includes:

• 24 hour continuous care and supervision, & awaked staff at night.
• Monitoring and reporting to Physicians and Family on physical, mental, emotional, and social functioning changes.
• Shared bedroom, which includes furniture. Residents are encouraged to bring their own furniture to create a familiar environment to them.
• Biweekly linen change, or as often as needed
• Weekly housecleaning of bedroom, or as often as needed
• Weekly on-site laundry service, or as often as needed
• Three nutritious meals and snacks are provided everyday
• Special diet prepared according to Physician’s order
• Daily assistance with taking medication according to Physician’s instructions.
• Assistance with activities of daily living (ADL)
• Planned activities: Birthday party, Christmas celebration.
• Customized care plan uniquely designed for mental & cognitive improvement and strengthening, including but not limited to: card games, video games, pattern recognition, or mental exercises ordered by Physicians.

At Pine Shadow, we pride our service in caring your loved ones. Our staffs are skilled care givers, who are all CNA's (certified nurse assistant), and specifically trained for taking care of dementia, Alzheimer's & memory impaired seniors.

We are locally owned family business, started in 2014, by Michael Leung, who intended to make a difference by caring for the seniors with respect, dignity and love.
