The captain at the helm of living out the principles we “preach”. As much outdoor light as possible, cooking Whole Foods- not dieting is actually more sustainable and satisfying and good for our bodies. No strange oils, hit the grill, good meats, throw in a seasonal piece of veg or fruit and if you expend enough energy, have with some good carb. Done! seasonal health…. What is that even?! We are so good at ignoring the seasons that we have lost something that the people of the past knew so well they could not avoid it… They lived according to the natural world around them. We have built life so comfortable that we have blocked out the simplicity of nature around us. We’ve driven our central nervous system into the ground is confused our biology Couple that with too much technology, secondary lifestyle, terrible eating habits, and we’re surprised at the sickness in BC that we are encountering today there’s a place for you to understand how to change that and that it doesn’t come easy and you gotta earn it and you gotta take a pause and look around. Seasonal health is everything. Pictures worth 1000 words our hallway is pasted with pictures of seasonal living things that you should engage in outside the gym life that brings life action that brings health and vitality and happiness and joy and the gym… The gym is just a place that keeps you able to go out and live seasonally But without that small gym piece and the people you surround yourself with to help you stay consistent daily in those efforts the stuff outside the gym does not happen .

Whoa 🤯 This group is killing it with me!! They are amazing! Most never lifted any barbells, but after 1x per week in a group class setting and “homework “ daily- they’ve set themselves up for massive success! I’m so proud and for those who say I don’t have time for gym- you’d be shocked what 1x per week in the gym can mean for build habits outside the gym and what it can mean for weight loss, muscle gain, wins which makes for more and more wins… slow and steady wins the race people! Like the turtle 🐢- just stay consistent and over time- you look back and you start seeing results and pr’s and success like this!
