Have you seen our meat birds?! Our little homeschool program is raising these cute little meat birds so that they can learn where their food comes from what it looks like to care for it, and they will also be doing all the butchering! If you’d like to see the meat birds just hop out back by the lawn area and you can see these little fatty‘s growing day and day out when you come to work out! Also start using the lap track people. The sun is out get your legs are moving get some sunshine. That way we can all make a little bit more vitamin D and start our process for getting healthy for next years winter flu/sugar season.. prep starts now to be healthy by then!

VO2 Max. Train it lately? There are ways and without fancy equipment- I think the bike is hands down the best way to train this. It’s not something to train daily. But I do find it to be a powerful tool! Try a 15-30 minute EMOM of :10 hard push and recover for :50. Simplicity can be extremely effective! !!! Nice work ladies hitting this often under tapped work zone! Oh and did I mention room these are both health care workers?! Awesome. Health care workers who are actually healthy! Love it 💪💗

Listen- No judgement here. Just choose your path. When you choose it- choose wisely. It’s a game you play. Where does Country Strong stand on the “Ozempic” train??? I think deciding what’s most important to you is what matters. Yes you drop weight incredibly fast. But you also dropped muscle mass and most people don’t have enough muscle master to be dropping it that quick. I actually do love the inflammation drop out of the body. I think that that’s super powerful. However… If you’re somebody who is not actively moving eating well exercising regularly or trying to hydrate well then I think it’s a terrible option now if you are somebody, who’s Ben working hard not seeing results I think that there’s some root cause issues you should be going after but on small microdoses I also believe that the study show that it can drop inflammation and that’s one of the hardest things to battle right now considering most people’s lifestyle and exposure to so many toxins and so many different environments. So for some small dosage bump by a really good doctor I think can be really really helpful but learning how to do it well so that you’re not dropping weight so rapidly that you’re losing so much muscle mass and that you’ll are getting this type of osteoporosis happening super quickly is extremely important

Real fast food! It took me all of :60 to pack this today. It’s a great little meal, totally filling, I had no “ill” effects energy wise in two hours from it, like the need to nap because I’m in a blood sugar low now. Guys- RESULTS in the gym come from what I do the other 23 hours in the day! Food is your fuel and your friend, NOT the enemy! All you need to do is to learn how to fuel yourself.
