Fitness for longevity does not need to be complicated.
Grab a couple dumbbells and do this simple dumbbell routine. Complete 5 to 10 reps of each movement.
You can either use it as a great warm-up or do more reps or more weight to create an actual workout.
It is a staple in my fitness journey with either the barbell or dumbbells.
