Northwestern Medicine Bronzeville Outpatient Center opened its doors to begin serving patients and community members on September 3.

The 120,000-square-foot center, located at 4822 South Cottage Grove Avenue in Chicago’s Bronzeville neighborhood, provides primary, specialty and immediate care services, imaging and diagnostic services, oncology and infusion services, a community space, and programming for individual and community health.
