Test worries are real—and so is support 💭✏️

Here are a few quick tips to help kids (and parents!) manage test anxiety:

✔️ Practice calm breathing – Inhale for 4, exhale for 4. Repeat a few times before starting.
✔️ Positive self-talk – “I’ve prepared. I can try my best.”
✔️ Break it down – Focus on one question at a time instead of the whole test.
✔️ Get good rest – Sleep makes a big difference in focus and memory.
✔️ Fuel up – A balanced breakfast helps the brain stay sharp.

Remind your child: their worth is not defined by a test score. 💛

That feeling creeping in as the weekend winds down… the worry, the anticipation, the “what’s ahead this week?” thoughts—it’s more common than you think.

Whether it’s school, work, or just the shift in routine, Sunday nights can bring big feelings for both kids and adults.

A few gentle ways to ease into the week:
✨ Keep the evening low-key and predictable
✨ Talk through what Monday will look like
✨ Prep a small thing ahead (outfits, lunches, bags)
✨ Make time for something calming or comforting
