Hi Everyone, We hope you are all well!
Our deepest condolences go out to our friends who have lost loved ones. We know we will never be the same after all this.

On a happier note: We just found out that massage is included in the phase 3 re-opening! Ricky and I are starting to take massage appts again, slowly!
We realize that many will not feel ready to get right back to a regular routine, but we will be here for you when you are.
Also, hopefully, we can begin our yoga classes again soon. We believe they will be included the phase 4 of re-opening (which should be by the end of the month).

GREAT NEWS!
Hi Everyone, I'm so excited to let everyone know we finally got some much needed funding and WE WILL REOPEN!
I also want to thank all of you who have been purchasing supplements and gift certificates, it's such a big help! Thanks!
I think our next steps should be to start brainstorming about how to SAFELY get our classes back up and running again once the stay at home orders are lifted. I know it won't ever be like it was, but we can do this if we all put our heads together. Anyone who has ideas or suggestions is welcome to share you thoughts with us.
On another note, I've been busy making masks like I worked in a sweatshop in another lifetime! If anyone needs, let me know.

Hi Everyone,
I hope you are all well and staying busy. It feels like it's been so long since we were able to get together. For me, the days either fly by, or feel a week long! One day, I'll be very busy and productive and the next day I might spend the whole day in my jammies, lost in the news or on youtube. One moment feeling very hopeful for the future and the next feeling a profound sense of grief and powerlessness, and there isn't any rhyme or reason in the fluctuations.
Our world is changing in ways none of us could have ever imagined, I pray it will be for the better- eventually. I've applied for emergency funds to keep us open, it's a painful waiting game, but deep in my heart, I think it will all work out.
Ricky and I love and miss you all more than you can imagine, and we can't wait till we can see your beautiful faces again (and get our hands back to work)! Please keep in touch, drop us a line, or a quick call when ya get a minute, we'd love to hear how you are and how you're coping.

Greetings Community,

Ricky and I hope this finds you all well.

As we remain under "shelter at home" orders, we will continue to keep our yoga classes on hold for our collective safety.

We have been coming into the office for a few hours daily for those who need to get their herbs, enzymes, CBD, supplements etc. We are also available for emergent bodywork appts. during this time.

We miss you all very much and realize that these are especially trying times. It's important now more than ever to keep your immune system in good working order. One way to do this is try not to worry (too much) and find something everyday that brings you joy. Ricky and I are both working on our own creative/artistic projects, and we hope you are able to find something to keep you busy and bring you joy as well.

Please take care of yourselves, check in on your isolated neighbors, use common sense precautions (cover your coughs/sneezes, wash your hands well and often), and stay healthy. We will get through this!

Corona Virus Update:

Greetings Community,
Due to rapidly changing information about the best preventative measures to take against spreading the Cov-19 virus and to allay fears and protect our most at risk clients, we will be postponing all classes until the end of the month.
Our office will remain open and all Bodywork appointments will continue as normal.
Feel free to contact us for any updates.

Hi Everyone, It's Liz!
I wanted to give you all this update myself...
I had my post-op follow visit yesterday and received great news- There's NO cancer, I'm healing well, and should be back to work full time in the next couple weeks!
It was scary enough facing a major surgery, but the fear of losing Body & Soul was just as real for me. Thanks to your generous support, all my medical expenses and this months mortgage payment are covered.
You've given me such a wonderful gift- the peace of mind to fully heal.
I'm so grateful and so blessed to have such a wonderful, supportive community.
I'm looking forward to getting back to work and giving each one of you a huge hug!

Great food, Great music from Chad Aul and Ernie Hendrickson, fabulous weather and the most mellow folks on the southside! We are so Blessed! Thank you to everyone who came and made yesterday so wonderful.
