Teen Dating Violence Awareness Month invites teens to have empowering conversations about boundaries, communication, and self-worth.

1 in 10 high school students face dating violence. For teens, learning what healthy love looks like can be just as important as recognizing when something doesn’t feel right. Support, education, and early intervention can make a meaningful difference.

If you or someone you love is navigating confusing or painful relationship dynamics, support is available. No one deserves to feel afraid, controlled, or unheard.

At The Cognitive Clinic, we offer a safe, supportive space for teens and families to explore relationships, boundaries, and emotional well-being—at their own pace.
You’re not alone. Help is here.

You deserve the same love you give to everyone else.

Honoring yourself this Valentine's Day looks like:
• Noticing what you’re feeling without judgment
• Giving yourself permission to rest
• Setting a small boundary
• Reaching out to someone you trust
• Choosing gentleness over self-criticism

Self-love is a practice — and you don’t have to do it alone. ❤️

“Black History Month is not simply asking, ‘How can I remember and learn about Black people?’ It is all of us asking, "How can we love black people by seeing them, hearing them, and creating a world where Black People feel loved, inspired, and protected?” -Dante Stewart

Black History Month serves as an important opportunity to reflect, reconcile with the past, and commit to a more just future. This Black History Month, The Cognitive Clinic honors the strength, brilliance, and resilience of Black communities.

At The Cognitive Clinic, we believe healing is nurtured through safety, understanding, and connection. Whether you are seeking support, rest, or reflection, you are welcome here.

We often wonder how we can leave a mark on the world. Many times, we leave marks through different means, whether it is being successful, becoming famous, establishing a company, or many other means to fulfill the idea of "leaving your mark in the world." Accomplishing these goals is worth celebrating, however, there are other ways to leave a mark in the world, even if it means not everyone will be able to experience it through you. Being a loving family member, a great friend, and a caring individual for those who need it are other ways to leave a mark in the world. Even if not everyone gets to experience it, the few who do will forever cherish the mark you left for them.
