Acupuncture

Acupuncture is system of complementary medicine that involves pricking the skin or tissues with needles, used to alleviate pain and to treat various physical, mental, and emotional conditions. Chiropractic

Chiropractic is a complementary medicine based on the diagnosis and manipulative treatment of misalignments of the joints, especially those of the spinal column, which are held to cause other disorders by affecting the nerves, muscles, and organs. Customized Nutritional Coaching

As unique individuals, there is no such thing as a "one nutrition plan fits all". Learning the basics of nutrition and how your body works enables you to work out the exact right way YOU need to eat to achieve your health goals. Nutrition Response Testing℠

Nutrition Response TestingSM is a tool that helps us determine the underlying causes of ill or non-optimum health. And with this tool, we can determine the exact right supplements and doses your body needs to heal and repair. The body has an amazing ability to heal and repair itself if you give it what it needs to do its job. Pregnancy Care

We believe as mothers, our greatest gift is to give our children the best health right from the start. Beginning early on in pregnancy, parents have to make decisions that will affect their child forever. Our purpose is to support you on this journey, and to provide education and a wealth of resources including: Whole Food prenatal supplement programs, Acupuncture, Certified Webster Technique physicians (for the alleviation of back and joint pain due to pregnancy, and for optimal fetal positioning), and Certified Prenatal massage therapists. Is your nose ready for winter?
Your sinuses are your first line of defense — but dry air makes them vulnerable. Your sinuses weren’t designed for forced heat and frozen air. Hydrate them, naturally.

Do you experience Brain Fog? Consuming foods that are good for brain health are one way to combat what you are experiencing. Here are some suggestions:

+Plenty of fruits and vegetables which are rich in antioxidants to nourish and protect your brain.
+High-quality plant and animal proteins which are rich in amino acids.
+Sufficient water to maintain optimal hydration – shoot for ½ your body weight in ounces every day.
+Fatty fish such as salmon, mercury-free tuna, and sardines which are rich in omega-3 fatty acids are excellent sources of DHA and EPA.
+Berries also contain high amounts of antioxidants along with flavonoids which have been shown to improve cognitive function.
+The mushroom, Lion’s Mane is the king when it comes to improving cognitive function and optimizing brain health.
+Walnuts and pumpkin seeds are rich in Vitamin E, fiber, and protein.
+Eggs are a good source of choline, a superfood when it comes to brain development and cognitive function.
+Dark chocolate not only contains caffeine but also contains a generous amount of flavonoids which also protect brain health.

Without a steady supply of these nutrients, our brains can't function at their best. By consuming a balanced diet rich in whole foods, we can ensure that our brains have the nutrients they need to function at their best.

What else can you do to improve brain health? Comment below with your guesses.
