Give this new lipoxyderm cream a try for firming and tighten your skin. My formula is to eat clean, drink a gallon of water a day, roll out your cellulite with a massaging stick as I'm showing in the photo and lastly apply the cream every day. This routine should work in approximately three weeks. 😘😘

So this exercise is for developing nice sculpted shoulders. Beginners should use 5lb or 8lb Dumbbells . Perform 10 reps on one side then switch to the other. 3 sets..
