Breathwork Facilitator Healer Training (Level 1) w/ Jenna Reiss
Keep going on your healing journey by becoming a deeper student of the breath in this Life Course. This is Healer Training Level 1, AND it’s so much more than that. This course begins your journey to loving yourself more deeply, opening intuition AND yes you get the added benefit of becoming a Certified Breathwork Meditation Facilitator.

This is the first of 5 levels to certify you to be a Breathwork Facilitator. In this Level 1 training you will learn how to be a Breathwork Facilitator using the 2-stage Pranayama Breathwork Meditation which is one of the foundational tools of the work as taught by Author, Master Healer, David Elliott.

Life is hard, there are many challenges we face, hardships, unprecedented, impossibly difficult pains that we go through. The only way through the mess is to breathe.

The breath is a way back to your center. It’s a way to process the hardship and pain of life. It’s a way to find our footing when the ground has been knocked out from under you. The breath brings new ground to you, and shows you where your feet are once more.

This work is a life course. It’s about learning how to teach breathwork, how to hold space in a workshop for a group of individuals looking to heal yes. It’s also about learning life skills through the lens of breathing as your anchor.

You will learn how to guide people through a healing session using the Breathwork Meditation technique, and how to tap into and boost your confidence as a teacher. You will go deeper into the Breathwork technique, explore ways to connect with your intuition, and use exercises and breakout sessions to develop your intuition and foster self-love as your greatest teaching tool. After this training, you will be welcome to lead 1:1 Breathwork sessions for clients.

This is a certification program, AND most importantly, this is a life course.

Join Angela and Hiromi for a special evening session of Healing & Harmony over candlelight, followed by tea and treats.

In this workshop, healing vibrational sounds and the gentle touch of healing hands combine to promote balance, restoration, and renewal. From your mat, you’ll experience the powerful frequencies of Crystal Alchemy Singing bowls as they soothe the soul, rebalance the body, and relax the mind. You’ll also experience the healing power of Reiki, an energy healing technique using light touch of the head, shoulders, arms, legs, and feet to reduce stress and improve energy flow in the body.

Ceremonial cacao—traditionally used to awaken the heart and deepen awareness—is paired with rose, a plant ally associated with tenderness, protection, and emotional balance. Together, they create a safe container for gentle movement, deep relaxation, reflective journaling, breath, and intentional release, allowing emotion to move without force or overwhelm. This early-Valentine’s gathering is not about romance or fixing—it’s about presence, connection, and remembering that an open heart can also be well-held.
