REIKI & SOUND HEALING

In this special workshop, healing vibrational sounds and the gentle touch of healing hands combine to promote balance, restoration, and renewal.

From your mat, you’ll experience the powerful frequencies of Crystal Alchemy Singing bowls as they soothe the soul, rebalance the body, and relax the mind. You’ll also experience the healing power of Reiki, an energy healing technique using light touch of the head, shoulders, arms, legs, and feet to reduce stress and improve energy flow in the body.

Please bring your mat, a blanket, and anything else that will help you settle in for renewal.

$38 per session.
