South Bay Marriage And Family Therapy is a counseling office located in Palos Verdes Estates, CA. I am Kelly Holstein, M.S., MFT, a licensed marriage and family counselor who helps those that are trying to change their lives and seek happiness. I offer anxiety, depression, and couples counseling. My professional counseling sessions combine Cognitive-Behavioral and Family Systems techniques to help you to find clarity for your issues. I've helped many individuals, couples, and families confront their problems through mental health work and exercise.

With over eleven years of counseling experience, I am qualified as a therapist to help you work through a wide range of issues. I am a graduate of California State University, Long Beach and a proud member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists. I've helped many clients throughout the years dealing with relationship issues, depression, anxiety, ADHD, grief, divorce and more.
