Meet Rachael

Rachael Smith is a Nurse Practitioner who was born and raised in Panama City, Florida. She originally began her health care career as an Emergency Medical Technician over 20 years ago. Rachael then pursued her interest in nursing, graduating from Gulf Coast State College with an Associate’s Degree in Nursing, then from Chamberlain University with a Master of Science degree in Nursing. Rachael is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and is licensed in Florida. She has worked primarily in acute care and family practice settings throughout her health care career giving her a diverse background. Rachael is also an active member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
