✨ Quick Low Back Stretch: The Knee-to-Chest Hold
1. Lie on your back.
2. Pull one knee toward your chest.
3. Hold for 20–30 seconds.
4. Switch sides.
5. Repeat 2–3 times.
This simple stretch helps relieve pressure in the lumbar spine, improves circulation to the low back muscles, and reduces stiffness from sitting or sleeping wrong.
