These may include but are not limited to: Anxiety, Anorexia, Chronic Back Pain, Diabetes, Hepatitis C, Insomnia, Irritable Bowel Disease, Lyme Disease, Lupus, Migraine / Cluster Headaches, Muscle Spasms, Muscular Dystrophy, Severe & Chronic Pain, Severe Nausea, Sickle Cell Anemia, And other debilitating conditions.

Terminal condition diagnosed by a physician other than the qualified physician issuing the physician certification

Chronic nonmalignant pain caused by a qualifying medical condition, or that originates from a qualifying medical condition, and persists beyond the usual course of that qualifying medical condition.

Hi! It’s Brittany! I just wanted to update patients that I had to change my office hours due to my kiddos being out of school this summer. I will only be at the office Monday and Wednesday 8-5. Sorry for the inconvienence! My mommy duties are calling! Love y’all!

🗣🗣Revised Statement from Coastal Family Practice
I wanted to clarify previous statement. We are still open for business Mon thru Fri 8AM-5PM and Friday 9AM-1PM
We are no longer able to get the protective gear, supplies and diagnostic tests needed for our staff to evaluate patients with Covid-19 symptoms. These items have been on order for weeks from 3 separate medical suppliers.
For this reason, we are promoting phone/video conferencing with our healthcare providers instead of a traditional sit down visits. Please call our office if you are in need of medical treatment, routine services and medication refills etc. Our staff will discuss your situation with you and if necessary will have you come into the office.
Our office door is locked so if you come by the office during regular business hours please ring the doorbell and our staff will screen you outside for contagious symptoms. We can still evaluate and treat you depending on the situation and if and when we get the necessary supplies.
This is for the safety of our patients, staff and family members. These are very unique times we live in right now and we have to all do our part to slow the spread of this devastating virus.

Statement from Coastal Family Practice and Acute Care Center, llc.
With the declaration of a national emergency, our country is now empowered to take significant action toward slowing and eliminating the risks caused by novel coronavirus.
Effective 3/19/2020 12:00 PM our office location will be closed to the public indefinitely. We will be evaluating this decision on a weekly basis and will post another update when we resume regular operations. Please visit www.coastalfamilypractice.net for more information.
We do not take this decision lightly. Our priority is the safety of our patients, staff and family members. We are no longer able to get the protective gear, supplies and diagnostic tests needed for our staff to evaluate patients with Covid-19 symptoms. For this reason, we find it necessary to offer telemedicine services only for an indefinite period of time.
Please call 850-231-9286 if you are a current patient and you are in need of medical care, experiencing Covid 19 symptoms, medication refills, purchase products etc. Our staff can discuss the situation with you and provide you with the proper guidance. They can also setup a phone/video conference with one of our healthcare providers if necessary. We will be contacting all patients that have appointments to discuss their options.

Coastal Family Practice and Acute Care Center, LLC is seeking a Family Physician, Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner to join their practice.

We are a busy Family Practice Clinic located in the beautiful beachside community of Seacrest, Florida.

We are seeking a Full or Part Time Family Physician, Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner for the following duties:
Evaluate and treat primary care patients of all ages within the standard of care for Family Practice. Example’s are (but not limited to) preventative medicine, HTN, hyperlipidemia, diabetes, depression/anxiety, asthma, women's healthcare, as well as illness. In-office surgery for lesions, biopsies, lacerations, sebaceous cysts, mole removals, etc.
Order laboratory and radiology tests and refer patients to specialists when appropriate and called for.
Analyze reports, test results, medical records and examinations to diagnose condition of patients and propose treatment options.
Prescribe pharmaceuticals, other medications, and treatment regimens to treat identified and documented medical conditions.
Discuss potential side effects of medication/treatment with patients and ensure that all allergy information is up-to-date before prescribing medication/treatment.
Provide advice to patients for lifestyle and diet changes that may improve their health or help to treat the health issue they are experiencing.
Record complete, timely and legible medical records into our Electronic Health Records system. (Quantum)
Qualifications:
Experience providing primary care in a clinical setting.
Current Florida Unrestricted Medical License
Current Florida DEA License
Board Certified
Details:
4 day work week (36 hours)
No weekends
No hospital calls
Health Insurance
Paid time off for vacation/sick
Company paid malpractice insurance coverage
Company paid license fee’s and CE credits

Coastal Family Practice and Acute Care Center, LLC is seeking a Full Time Medical Assistant. We are a primary care clinic located in Seacrest on Scenic Hwy 30A in South Walton. Hours will be Monday thru Thursday 8-5 and Fridays 9-5. Responsibilities include using an electronic medical records program, obtaining patient medical history, taking vital signs, injections, blood draws, processing specimens for lab testing, performing diagnostic tests and assisting healthcare providers with medical procedures. Salary is negotiable based on experience.
