H**p Wellness Co. is calling for people, pet parents, and lawyers to advocate AGAINST AB2223. This bill takes a swing at synthetic and dangerous "gas-station CBD" but hits too hard.
AB2223 will prohibit medically necessary and clinically effective CBD products. If the bill passes, humans and animals will only have access to CBD isolates. And, all CBD products will need to be purchased from cannabis shops.
CBD isolates are not effective in treating serious medical issues like seizures. Restricting their purchase will increase expenses associated with access and price.
This issue is NOW. California legislators will vote on the 15th. If this bill passes, others like it will domino across the USA.
Today you MUST . Contact your local representatives in CA and tell them how important CBD is to you. Contact your representative in other states and ask them to tell their CA colleagues. Repost this. Comment below to bump it. And, DM us if you'd like to sign a petition against AB2223.
