If not, they’re either (or all of)
1- Ignorant and don’t know what they’re talking about + don't care enough to learn.
2- A liar and not telling you the truth to keep you sick, medicated and coming back.
3- Have no self-discipline - they know [some] of what to do but it’s not important to them.

Stop letting people who aren’t where you want to be - lead you where you don’t wanna go.

??? Would you hire an attorney who loses every case, an accountant who is in trouble for tax evasion, a mechanic with a broken down car, a 4x divorced marriage counselor?

Then don't trust your life, health, appearance to any random idiot.

WARNING – FACTS AHEAD

Over 73% of US adults are overweight or obese (CDC data: 32% overweight + 41%+ obese)

That's 7 out of 10 adults who are fat due to their inability to control what they eat and lack of exercise.

35.4% to 37.2% of U.S. children and adolescents are overweight now too. (who buys their food and sets the example?)

And no…It’s not a hormone problem. It’s not your thyroid and it’s not an obesity gene. Yes, genetics can predispose (elevate risk), but ultimately YOU pull the trigger with habits. Rare medical exceptions exist, but they're tiny.

And Men, just because you have higher than average muscle mass doesn’t you’re not also obese. You can't flex fat

Obesity isn't fate—it's preventable and reversible for the vast majority. Of the thousands (20k+) I’ve worked with over the past 30-years I’ve never met ANYONE who couldn’t lose it all.

Plenty who wouldn’t… but none who couldn’t

There are three kinds of people:

-Those in the game: focused, driven, willing to suffer in silence and drown out every excuse that threatens to distract them.

-Those on the sidelines: constantly bragging to everyone they’re “on the team.” Talking about the moves they’re going to make and the level they’re about to reach… once they finally decide to play.

-Those in the stands: Whining from the cheap seats, complaining how unfair it all is, what they “deserve,” how rigged the game is and how the real players only win because of luck or privilege.

Talkers always announce their plans. Doers don’t need to.

The ones who succeed just don't buy in to them.

Billy’s schedule is 4 days on and 2 days off (on a good month), traveling as an airline pilot, staying in hotels with crappy gyms, odd schedules every week, eating in the cockpit or on the run..

A) Going to the gym but not pushing hard or changing anything

B) Eating healthy ish' Mon-Fri but then blowing it Sat-Sun

C) Having goals but no detailed plan you're executing EVERY day

D) Not going to the gym OR eating healthy consistently.
