Hi there, My name is Heather Wiles I am a local gulf coast die hard surfergirl who is more then 25 years experienced with boards on water but to many flat spells! Then I discovered SUP YOGA and have sculpted my body more then ever while calming my mind and wish to bring this same success to YOU! YOGA FOR SURFING - this land class is all intense power yoga related with every move you do in surfing!

I start with building strength in the upper body flowing into core strengthening and ending with lower body by turning your own yoga mat into a surfboard and learning how to pop up properly, distinguishing whether your a goofy foot surfer or regular followed by balancing on an INDO BOARD for the real deal feeling as if you are on a real surfboard on a wave! SURF LESSONS - ultimately all classes lead to actual Surfing! this class is by appointment only and I provide the board, wax, and leash and I can show up anywhere thats convenient for you! PADDLEBOARD TOURS - dont want to do yoga on a paddleboard NO WORRIES lets just take a paddleboard tour down the Bay where sometimes a dolphin or manatee or sometimes both will make an appearance! I do not list my prices because I truly enjoy chatting and getting personal w all my new coming friends but I will say this all classes and tours start at $10 and go up depending on which activity you care to join! Im not in it for the money its truly just a passion of life on the water that I want nothing more then to share with YOU! I cant wait to hear from you soon!!!

All right my friends Surf Camp is officially over and now we will be leaning into Surf Lessons except……

Not until after the 4th of July due to tropical storms hitting Mexico we will have Large swell likely all week and this morning was the start of it, yewwwww

So all week will be advanced surfing in the gulf, please stay safe, listen to the flags, please don’t be the fool trying to hang out with the surfers if your just a swimmer, your not keeping up with us your literally being pulled out and now us surfers have to save you, and don’t wait until the last minute to get off the beach when a storm starts to move in, lighting is real and will hit your metal tent or umbrella and above all have fun, maybe just be our photographers instead lol.

Yes it will be raining this morning but there is shelter and it’s really cool to listen to tre rain under and worse of the storm will pass by 9am, this is the only class it rains on lol but I think it’s because it’s the only class I have a covered backup plan with so God lets it rip during this class from time to time lol. It don’t let it stop you cause nothing stops me and you know this about me!! lol see you soon!! 🙏🏼🧜🏼‍♀️

I almost forgot to post about Saturdays super awesome yoga and mimosas class, lol it was awesome!! It’s definitely summer time because I have been SLAMMED!!

Tomorrow starts the last Summer Surf Camp of the year and it is fully booked so all registrations are officially closed but starting Friday once camp is over I will be shifting into on on one private surf lessons and honoring all Christmas gift certificates and yes Mom and dad if the kiddos decided they didn’t want to learn but you do then LETS DO IT!! Surfing is a life long sport for any age and I can’t wait to share this gift with you!!
