When you feel fear or anxious about something you’re wanting to do or accomplish or BE, you’re sending a signal to your brain that it’s not safe. Your brain will then shoot all kind of messages to let you know this isn’t kosher, it won’t work, and good ole DANGER ‼️ alerts, etc. And it’s because you are believing your thoughts since your thoughts run your mind like a dog on a leash.
There is a saying in meditation, and it’s simple. It goes like this:
“We meditate NOT to control our thoughts, but so that our thoughts stop controlling US.”
That is why we start at the beginning and learn to calm our minds. You can do this and I can help. In very easy to learn format, in small practices. Because you likely don’t have time to devote a side job into learning this I keep it super simple.
