Mindful Flow -
This class is a slow paced, intentional Vinyasa flow. Suitable for all levels including beginners. Focusing on your breath, the vinyasa sequences will include strength builidng and balance as well. We close the class with some gentle yin postures.
Stretch and Release -
This class is Amy’s take on a traditional yin sequence. Also with an intention on the breath, the postures in a yin class are held 2-5 minutes an focus on the stretch and eventually the release of your body and so much more! Beginner friendly.
Gentle Yoga -
Probably the most popular class due to the title! Slow, gentle and breath focused, this class keeps the vinyasa’s away, and can include slow flow, yin and even some restorative postures! Perfect for beginners or those who need a lot of variety in their hour of practice.
Recovery Yoga -
Just as it sounds! A little stretch and a lot of relaxation. Super chill! Treat yourself to a recovery class often!
