Tonight was the Monster Bash so we went as Scooby Doo and Crew with the Sanderson Sisters and some wicked withches 😏
Thankful for such an amazing event sponsored by amazing people.

We envision a space that offers an exceptionally diverse and curated selection, encompassing a wide array of items, including: a vibrant collection of plants (we've heard your requests!), unique and handcrafted pottery pieces, stylish and comfortable apparel options, practical and beautiful kitchenware essentials, charming and sophisticated home décor items, and so much more, all carefully chosen to enhance your living space and lifestyle.

We would be incredibly grateful for your feedback on the types of products you would most enjoy discovering and purchasing in person, stocked directly on our shelves, as opposed to solely through our online ordering platform.
Specifically, we are very curious to know: are there any particular natural product categories, or specific types of goods, that you would be the most enthusiastic to see featured in our expanded store?

Dear valued customers, we have had some interesting and unpleasant conversations lately with folks so we have to unfortunately say a few things, again...

Please be reminded that our establishment upholds a zero-tolerance policy for vulgar language and hostile behavior towards our staff.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting rudeness or disrespect to our office personnel.

Our office personnel will not be the your verbal punching bag. Our staff treat each and every person with respect. We expect the same.
Plain and simple.

Additionally, we would like to reiterate our no-show policy, if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you must do so at least 2 business days in advance. No exceptions will be made. Failure to cancel in advance or attend your appointment will result in a no-show fee being applied to your account. We do not waive these fees under any circumstances.
That means if your appointment is on Friday, you must reschedule before end of day Tuesday. If you call Wednesday or Thursday to cancel, you have a no-show fee applied.
(This has essientially been our policy since We opened our doors. We started with 48 hours and moved to 2 business days. I promise you have not been told any other information from our staff.)
