Our Primary Care clinic will be closed December 24–26 and will reopen Monday with normal hours.

Urgent Care:
Christmas Eve (Dec 24): Open 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Christmas Day (Dec 25): Closed
Friday (Dec 26): Open with normal hours (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM)

In-Network with Florida Blue Medicare Advantage — Starting January 1st, 2026

We’re excited to share that Access Point Healthcare Primary Care will be in-network with Florida Blue Medicare Advantage HMO and PPO plans effective January 1, 2026.

What this means for you:

✔️ A dedicated team experienced with HMO plan requirements, including prior authorizations for medications and specialist visits

✔️ Care managers to help coordinate your healthcare needs and support you between visits

✔️ Comprehensive primary care with many services provided in one convenient location

✔️ In-house imaging, including mammograms, bone density (DEXA) scans, and diabetic eye/vision screenings

✔️ In-house laboratory services for faster results and easier follow-up

This month, Access Point Healthcare is launching Women’s Imaging — so you can get screenings where you already receive primary care. 🎗️🩷

Why it matters: Breast cancer and osteoporosis affect many women. Early detection can mean better outcomes. Get screened during your annual wellness visit, in-office with the same caring primary care team you trust.

I was raised in Panama City and after graduating from Medical School I wanted to come home and give back to the community that truly helped me become who I am today. Not just in my practice giving great medical care but in any capacity to those who are in need. I want to see the next generation including my children succeed and that true success can only come when we help one another. Thank you Cedar Grove Elementary School and Principal Boyette for allowing me to be apart of something much more rewarding than I do right now.
