How do we educate for peace?

We see the child is a person.

When we see the child as a person, we are less likely to excert power-over them, demanding they "listen" (translated to being obidient and doing what we say).

When we see the child as a person, we can start working with them in partnership. No need to pull power trips to get them to do what we want.

Imagine an education setting where children where seen as people, and adults had the skills to work in partnership.
