Filler prep matters more than most people think.

A few small changes before your appointment can help reduce bruising, swelling, and irritation, so your treatment and healing process go as smoothly as possible.

Before filler, it’s usually best to avoid alcohol, aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, vitamin E, and intense workouts close to your appointment unless your provider tells you otherwise. You’ll also want to arrive with clean skin and let us know about any medications, supplements, or recent skin treatments.
