This patient came to us seeking correction after previous lip filler performed elsewhere. Over time, there was visible unevenness within the lips, areas of superficial fullness, and signs of migration above the lip border that affected the overall balance and movement of the lips when smiling.

Using ultrasound guidance, we carefully assessed the existing filler and dissolved areas where placement appeared too superficial before gradually rebuilding shape and structure in a more balanced way over time. Lip correction is often a process, and taking a conservative approach helps create softer, smoother, and more natural-looking results while still respecting the patient’s natural anatomy.
