✨ Meet Our Provider: Mary Andrews, Founder, APRN ✨
We’re excited to spotlight Mary Andrews, our founder and nurse practitioner! Mary earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Florida State University and went on to complete her MSN with Family Practice certification from the University of South Alabama.

With 15 years of service as a nurse practitioner in Bay County, Mary brings deep experience and a wide range of expertise, including wellness care, family practice, non-surgical orthopedics, and pediatrics. Her approach is thoughtful, comprehensive, and always centered on what’s best for her patients.

Outside the clinic, Mary is the wife of Jason Andrews. Together they also own Andrews Roofing & Construction and Mosquito Authority of NWFL. But her most important role? Mom to two little boys who keep her on her toes 💙

Liz is a Bay County native and proud graduate of A. Crawford Mosley High School and Gulf Coast State College. She brings 19 years of nursing experience to Faith Family Wellness, with 15 of those years dedicated to neonatal care — a testament to her compassion, precision, and deep commitment to patient care.

🌿 Her Path to Holistic Nutrition

Following a personal health event, Liz began her own healing journey that opened the door to understanding a wide range of healing modalities. This experience ultimately led her to complete her Holistic Nutrition Certification, allowing her to combine clinical nursing expertise with a whole-body, root-cause approach to wellness.

Liz is passionate about empowering patients to achieve optimal health and wellness, using nutrition as the cornerstone. Her approach is supportive, realistic, and personalized — meeting patients where they are and helping them build sustainable habits for long-term health.

Today we’re excited to introduce Michelle Baber (Sims), ARNP-C, CNM — a dedicated and compassionate provider who has been caring for the women of our community for over a decade 💙

Michelle is a certified nurse practitioner and certified nurse midwife who has called the Panama City area home since 2002. She has had the privilege of providing healthcare to women in Bay County and surrounding areas since 2012.

🌿 Her Approach to Care

Michelle is passionate about integrative, whole-person care, thoughtfully blending conventional medicine with evidence-based holistic practices. She believes healthcare should be personalized, empowering, and rooted in compassionate listening and shared decision-making.
