🤒 Stomach Flu Facts:
• Lasts 1–3 days.
• Very Contagious!
• Symptoms include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, stomach cramps/pain, & fatigue (sometimes fever, sometimes not).
• Spreads quickly at school — and then at home.
• Hydration is the most important part of recovery! (can’t stomach fluids? Try popsicles!)
👨👩👧👦 When to Seek Care:
• If your child (or you) can’t keep fluids down.
• Signs of dehydration (dry mouth, dizziness, no urination).
• Severe or lingering symptoms.
