We are looking for one energetic and self-motivated individuals to be client facing in order to help run our Lynn Haven Covid Testing
Responsibilities:

Setting up and preparing the testing site
Checking people in for an appointment and directing drive ups
Tracking and reporting key data points
Participate in training/retraining and continuing education programs as necessary
Comply with all designated safety policies and procedures in the work area, including the use of applicable protective equipment when necessary to prevent exposure to potentially infectious agents
Understand and comply with applicable federal, state and local laws and company policies
Adheres to quality assurance procedures
Maintain all HIPAA standards
Performs other related duties as necessary
Qualifications:

Have prior customer service experience. Having an assertive and customer friendly style of communicating.
Organized and reliable
Tech savvy (tools used: Apple and PC laptops, barcode scanners, Slack, Google Drive, Notion, Metabase, etc.)
Good overall health: able to stand for 2-hour intervals and lift 20 pounds
No known exposure to coronavirus or those with COVID-19 symptoms
Willing, if needed, to be tested for COVID-19
Comfortable wearing personal protective equipment (PPE – mask, gloves, goggles, coveralls) for 2-hour intervals
Schedule

Full-time position; 40 hours per week. Schedule discussed during interview.

Pay

15$-18$ an hour

Here is a run down of how we operate so you will be prepared when you need us.

Our Test- PCR Nasal Swap

No Appointment Needed

No Cost

We are open Monday- Friday for 8 AM to 4:30 PM.

Before you head to the site please pre register at https://testfl.online If you are unable to pre register or need help. We will gladly help you at our location.

After you register please head to:

4501 Transmitter Road, Panama City 32404

When you arrive please follow the cones and prompted signs to the black mobile testing trailer.

Once at the front of the line, stay in your car and a tester will come to your window and confirm your registration or help you register.

The tester will have you self swap so there is zero contact between patients and testers.

Once a tester gets to your car the whole process takes about 2 minutes from start to finish (if you are pre registered).

Results will be texted to your phone and emailed 24-48 hours later.

The Gulf Coast Jam donated concert tickets to our Lynn Haven Testing Site to hand out to our employees. With a few extras in our possession, we reached out to Terry Tatum the pastor at Lynn Haven United Methodist Church and he pointed us in Shelby’s direction. This girl right here is a proud Luke Bryan fan, and if you can’t tell by the smile on her face she was ecstatic to accept her Gulf Coast Jam tickets.

With a smile just like Shelby’s we are grinning to know we were able to be apart of making Shelby’s weekend, a great one. We also feel so honored to be located in such a loving and giving community such as Lynn Haven.
