ECAP staff include Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs), and Master's and Doctorate level Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA and BCBA-D). We are an approved training and practicum site for the FSU ABA Masters Program housed at FSU Panama City and employ graduate student therapists who are enrolled in the FSU ABA program. Our staff serve approximately 40 families in the Panama City area and we are proud to have supportive community partners to help us in our efforts to provide evidence-based ABA services to children in need and we are actively seeking additional partners to expand our program. As the only nonprofit ABA provider in the area, we also proudly offer financial assistance for families through our Scholarship program.

ECAP's Summer of Fun continues! FSU ECAP's Annual Water Day is Monday June 17, 2024!!! We will have snacks, drinks, pools, waterslides, and additional games throughout the day. Please bring sunscreen and additional drinks/snacks. If applicable, make sure to bring swim diapers in order to participate in the activities. If you have any questions whatsoever, don't hesitate to reach out to your BCBA!

It's a bittersweet day when we lose one of our BCBAs. Martha's been with us since 2021 starting as a 1st year graduate student, before blossoming into one of our incredible BCBAs. Are you passionate about helping children with autism and other developmental disabilities reach their full potential?
We're seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team! As an RBT, you will play a vital role in implementing behavior intervention plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help our clients gain new skills and improve their quality of life.
What you'll do:
- Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to children in a fun and positive environment
- Collect and record data to track client progress
- Collaborate with BCBAs and other team members to ensure consistent and effective treatment
- Help create a supportive and nurturing environment for our clients

We had an amazing 12th Annual Auction for Autism Awareness last night! Thanks to all our donors, families, supporters, staff, faculty, and students! We exceeded our goal of raising $50,000 and we will finalize the overall amount early next week. All funds raised go to our scholarship program to provide free therapy to children with autism and related exceptionalities. Thanks for helping us make a difference during Autism Awareness Month!
