Holiday Fitness Tip: Stay jolly, stay mobile!
Between Thanksgiving and New Year’s, many of us move only when someone says, “Dinner’s ready!” or “Let’s take a family photo!”

But your muscles still need some motivation..
They said they’d also like to be invited to the festivities.

👉 So don’t forget to stretch, wiggle, bend, twist, or at least attempt that one yoga pose you saw on Instagram.
Your body will thank you… and so will Future You trying to get off the couch on January 2nd.
