Yesterday was a special reunion at Ascension Bay! Tim Anderson, and his wife Jodie, returned to thank caregivers and Dr Haghighat for saving his life in 2018. The Andersons were enjoying a beach vacation when Tim had a heart attack. His condition was dire, however thanks to the amazing and fast-acting on-call team and the availability of tiny heart pump technology that kept Tim’s blood circulating while his heart recovered, he survived. The Andersons continue to enjoy their beach vacations with a renewed appreciation and took time to give some hugs to the people that made it possible. https://www.wjhg.com/2026/03/12/cardiac-arrest-survivor-tells-his-story/
