We're partnering with The Bay County Council on Aging's Respite Program and invite local businesses to donate prizes. If you're interested in donating or participating, please get in touch with Amy Goodwin at 850-588-4643. We would love to have you join us as we raise money for a good cause.

At Community Health and Rehabilitation Centers, why we do what we do is simple—we are committed to excellence and to people.

Through our specialty programs and continued focus on rehabilitation, we get the privilege of witnessing moments that truly matter. Moments like this one. 💙

This amazing gentleman took his first steps in 8 months 🚶with the support, dedication, and encouragement of our incredible team—after being told elsewhere that it couldn’t be done.

Watching our patients reach goals once thought impossible is why we show up every day. We couldn’t be more excited, 🎉more grateful, 🙏or more proud 👏to be part of journeys like this.
